Read this carefully before purchasing.
1. Software Only
Vistoric™ Boilerplate is a source code template. Patawa Development LLC provides the software engine only. We do not provide hardware, tablets, or on-site installation.
2. Early Access "As-Is" Provision
Vistoric™ is provided "As-Is" and "With All Faults." While your license includes lifetime access to core version updates (v1.x), Patawa Development LLC makes no warranty that the current v0.4 codebase is free of bugs, performance bottlenecks, or architectural gaps. You are purchasing a license to a developing engine; we do not guarantee that the software will meet your specific requirements or operate uninterrupted in your unique environment.
3. Assumption of Risk & Configuration Responsibility
By purchasing this Early Access license, you acknowledge that Vistoric™ is in a pre-release state (v0.4) and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with its deployment. You are solely responsible for:
- • Security Auditing: Reviewing and hardening the source code and Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies before production use.
- • Environmental Configuration: Properly setting up and securing your Vercel and Supabase instances.
- • Regulatory Validation: Ensuring your final implementation complies with all local, state, and industry-specific data privacy regulations. Patawa Development LLC is not liable for data loss, security breaches, or cloud billing spikes resulting from improper configuration or use of the engine.
4. Not a Data Processor
Patawa Development LLC is not a Data Processor, Sub-processor, Managed Service Provider, or System Administrator. We never touch, host, or see your data. You are the sole Data Controller.
5. Infrastructure Costs
You are trading a software subscription for an infrastructure bill from your cloud providers. You are solely responsible for all third-party costs from Vercel, Supabase, or other cloud providers. Monitor your cloud provider consumption to manage your cloud spend.
6. Liability & Access Control
We are not responsible for physical security breaches or access control failures. The Vistoric™ engine is a functional tool, not a certified security or life-safety system. Patawa Development LLC does not provide physical security services.
7. Scale & Capacity
Performance is governed by your own provisioned cloud resources. We are not liable for latency or outages caused by under-provisioned cloud resources.
8. Intellectual Property
Your purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive license for a single production instance. All underlying IP and source code copyrights remain with Patawa Development LLC. You may not resell or redistribute the source code. All feedback or modifications proposed by customers and implemented in the Software remain the exclusive Intellectual Property of Patawa Development LLC.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patawa Development LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the software license ($199).
